Sue Sims から opera.general に Mon, 24 Nov 2003 00:56:32 CET*1（日本時間本日午前 08:56）アナウンスがあった。"This is a recommended upgrade." というのでツベコベ言わずに更新。
Windows 日本語版 7.23 は連休あけか、どこにもない。Linux/FreeBSD i386/Solaris 用には日英二つ揃ってる。
