How to do photoshop-like effects in SVG
hover のメニューは Opera で動作します。動作しない場合、「そのブラウザはこの SVG に対応していない」と言うのが正しいのだが、「この SVG は我輩のブラウザに対応していない」と呼ぶのだろうな。

• Firefox 2.0.0.12 では何も表示されない。Firefox 3 beta では表示されるが、hover が暗黒。Opera 9.26 も 9.50 と比べるとよろしくない。
• As of this moment, this only seems to be supported completely in Opera. Firefox 3 renders it strangely, and Safari and IE doesn't support it at all.
