Opera - Input/Output API

Opera Widget を通じてコンピュータの特定のファイルにアクセス出来るようにする API の規格について、提案の形で概要が公開された。Opera 社が常日頃言っている「オープンスタンダード」として規格を策定し、それを実装してゆこうという目論見と思われる。

アイルランド、ダブリンで開かれている XTech で使われたスライドも公開されている。

• IE 以外のモダンブラウザなら Opera でなくともスライドとして見られるはず。

• これが標準化され、実装されると何が出来るか、少し考えてみると面白いだろう。
