オマケの修正

Opera 8.51 の発表と同時に Secunia で公表された SA16907 - Opera Command Line URL Shell Command Injection は、9 月に Firefox に対して補修の施された SA16869 - Firefox Command Line URL Shell Command Injection とほぼ同じもののようだ。
上記 2 つの link 先の解説がほぼ同じ文面である事から分かる。

• 「ほぼ」というのは、Firefox の方は Extremely critical とあり、Opera の方は Highly critical とあるからだ。

しかし以下の Opera 公式資料で、日付が違うのはなぜだろうか？

The updated wrapper script is included in Opera 8.51 which was released November 17, 2005.

8.51 は 22 日に出たはずだが。みっともないから修正するよう勧告してお く いた。
